Sadra Institute

Sadra International Institute is a research institution oriented to Islamic Studies (Islamic studies). He tries to play an important role as an instrument for the development of the study of philosophy, Sufism and Islamic thought in Indonesia.

4 Research Support Units
In order to support efforts to develop the above studies, the Sadra International Institute is strengthened by four research support units, namely; Center for Philosophy and Kalam Studies, Center for Sufism Studies, Center for Ulumul Qur’an and Hadith Studies, and Center for Historical Studies in Southeast Asia. Through these research support units, we aspire to be able to give its own color to the scientific dynamics and atmosphere in Indonesia.

Activity
We are engaged in conducting research, training, seminars, discussions, translations, publishing books and journals, student exchanges, sending teaching staff and researchers to the Middle East, providing educational and research scholarships, and other activities related to our field of orientation. The research itself can be monodisciplinary, interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary.
